My Pet Buddy Group Home

A gentle home for women and horses to live together

My Pet Buddy LLC operates a group home for people with disabilities.
In the forests of Toma, Hokkaido, we run the riding ranch Liberty Horse Farm,
where we offer equine-assisted activities. Surrounded by nature on our
spacious ranch, daily life with horses and dogs helps residents nurture
physical and emotional well-being and live as their true selves.

Through caring for and interacting with horses and dogs, residents naturally build
communication and teamwork while developing a steady daily rhythm
and social skills in a safe, reassuring environment.

With a small number of residents, we provide support at each person’s own pace.
In a calm, open setting, we foster the confidence to try new things,
a first step toward independent living.

Activities with Horses

Restore mind and body in the company of horses

We offer hands-on programs that let you connect with horses in everyday life with guided riding, grooming, and daily care.
Through these interactions, participants build responsibility and confidence while naturally developing
emotional well-being, communication skills, and teamwork.

Our Riding Facility

Support for Safe, Peaceful Horseback Riding

Our safety-focused facilities and attentive, guided support make it easy for first-time riders and older adults to take part with confidence. People of all ages and abilities can discover the joy of horseback riding. Through time spent with horses, we nurture emotional well-being and encourage improvements in balance, coordination, and overall mobility.

Off-site Horseback Riding & Events

Bringing caring interactions to the community

Through community events and off-site horseback riding experiences, we bring meaningful interactions with horses to more people. By partnering with schools, care facilities, and community organizations, we create warm, inclusive spaces for connection and spark opportunities for social participation. We’re accepting event and off-site requests year-round—please feel free to contact us.
