FAQs Common Questions
Q1. Areas We Serve
A. Our services are available in Asahikawa City, Toma Town, and the surrounding areas.
We may also be able to travel to other locations upon request, so please feel free to contact us for more details.
Q2. How much does it cost?
A. Pricing is subject to change based on the location and travel requirements. Contact us with your details, and we’ll be happy to provide an estimate.
Q3. Are any facilities required at the venue?
A.We generally do not require electricity. However, we do need a safe space for the horses and suitable ground conditions (non-slippery surfaces). Please note that whether the event can proceed in rainy weather will be decided on the day.
Q4. What happens in case of rain or bad weather?
A. For safety reasons, events or farm visits may be canceled or adjusted in the event of bad weather. Once a decision is made, we will contact you by phone or email (provided at the time of booking) at least four hours before the scheduled start time. Please note that in case of sudden weather changes, notification may be given shortly before the event.
Q5.If my child is too afraid to interact with the horses, can I get a refund?
A. We understand that meeting horses for the first time can feel overwhelming for some children. Our staff will support them as much as possible to ensure a safe and positive experience.
However, as preparation and horse care expenses are already in place, refunds cannot be provided. Thank you for your kind understanding.
Q6.Can I visit the farm without a reservation?
A. We’re sorry, but we cannot accept walk-in visits. Even for tours only, please make a reservation in advance. For safety reasons, we kindly ask that you do not enter the premises without permission or attempt to view the farm from outside the property.
Q7.If I decide to join during the tour, can I participate on the same day?
A. Yes, same-day participation is possible. However, a reservation is required at least two hours before the start of the activity.
